About this edition

Learning, evidence and reflection.

KEY, short for Keep Educating Yourself, was a historical partnership concerned with continuing professional development for preschool educators. Primary institutional records connect that work to learning hubs in Serbia and Montenegro and to partners across six countries. Read the source directory before treating an old project reference as a current service.

A useful distinction

A useful distinction: activity, learning and change

Attending a seminar is an activity. Explaining an idea in your own words can show learning. Making a considered adjustment in your setting is a different step again. Keep these records separate: a certificate alone cannot tell you which change helped, or why.

Start with one question that you can discuss with a colleague. Choose a source that speaks to that question, note what it does and does not establish, and agree what you will review. Our selection guide and observation sheet support those decisions; they are original editorial tools, not accredited courses or recovered KEY documents.
